    Virtual Reality for Veterans

Veterans experience disproportionately high rates of anxiety, depression, and social isolation. Research and veteran community feedback consistently show that peer-to-peer engagement improves trust, participation, and emotional safety — veterans are often more comfortable speaking openly with fellow veterans who share similar lived experiences.

Barriers to traditional mental health services

    • Stigma surrounding clinical care
    • Long wait times
    • Geographic limitations
    • Shortage of providers
    • Reluctance to engage in formal therapy

How VR strengthens the peer model

    • Creating immersive calming environments
    • Enabling guided stress-reduction scenarios
    • Simulating shared activities — nature walks, mission-style teamwork, skill-building challenges
    • Increasing engagement compared to traditional video calls
    • Allowing access regardless of geographic location

    The core model

Veterans are paired or grouped in moderated VR sessions facilitated by trained veteran peer leaders — not clinicians — inside a structured, non-clinical support framework.

      • • VR equipment distribution or access coordination
      • • Technology training
      • • Peer code-of-conduct agreement
      • • Opening grounding exercise
      • • Shared immersive activity
      • • Facilitated peer discussion
      • • Closing reflection and resource reminder
      • • Transition to civilian life
      • • Managing stress
      • • Sleep and relaxation
      • • Relationship strengthening
      • • Building daily resilience habits

    Featured Package

    The Millennium Protocol

A $1,200 donation package that gives a veteran something most have never been offered: a deep look at what's happening in their brain, and a natural path forward. Each Millennium Protocol package includes a complete blood test with bio panel screening, a physician's evaluation to help detect neural inflammation in the brain, and a personalized natural healing protocol designed by the doctor to address what they find.

Complete blood test & bio panel screening

A comprehensive blood workup and bio panel that goes beyond standard labs to look for the markers tied to neurological health.

    Physician evaluation for neural inflammation

A doctor reviews your results to help detect signs of neural inflammation in the brain — an often-overlooked driver of anxiety, brain fog, sleep disruption, and mood changes.

    Personalized natural healing protocol

The physician builds a tailored, natural protocol to address what they find — nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle steps designed to help the brain heal.

Neural inflammation is increasingly linked to the anxiety, depression, brain fog, and sleep disruption many veterans live with — yet it is rarely tested for. The Millennium Protocol closes that gap, giving veterans real answers and a doctor-built plan to heal naturally.
